Those bougainvillea flowers makes the place even more appealing. Kenya's bylaw that every property development must have green spaces was generously implemented here. 👍
This building is in African city for east African country. It is not in Europe or North America for those who are brainwashed in the west. Africa is the future and Africa is moving ahead. Come back home and live, invest and work. Thanks for great vedio❤️🇸🇴

@@TheResidentialTourists Black Americans are some of the rudest black people to Africans i have come across -even white people are better.And when they come to Arica-they are treated with respect till they want to stay and not go back home where they look down upon other Africans.i always avoid them

I would probably rent out 2 of those units…. One for me and the wife and the other for my children…. Nice price… you probably could talk them down to $900 Us…. Just my opinion

Greetings Residential Tourists, what an elegant looking apartment and complex , however I notice that the master bedroom didn’t have a bathtub 🛀. Also, the next time you are reviewing an apartment or home, could you show us what the water 💦 pressure looks like. Other than that, great review and $1,020.00 monthly isn’t bad for someone retiring or conducting business in that location in Mombasa Kenya. Do a review of luxury homes for sale there in Mombasa Kenya as we are looking to purchase a vacation home in Mombasa.
