    Thanks for joining me today. Here is a cheap and easy solution to help build you forearms and grip strength. You more than likely already have this equipment.
    And yes I realize I was moving my shoulders more than needed but mostly to show the setup.

      No problem and continue to work on my grip strength and this fits the bill
