I honestly admire your initiative Mr.Q. In addition to that, employees usually afraid to complain about their employer. Supposedly, if anyone faces salary or other issues, they should feel free to visit the labour affairs office which is located in Street No 13. The officers are considerable and respond to you politely. As Mr Q said, before visiting the labour affairs office make sure that your company might give you some justifications or solution. If at all you're not satisfied with the company's conclusion, prepare all the documents and visit the office. Eventually, make sure that you do not maintain any financial dispute in the company.
But what to do if the company you worked for closed down ? The Hr and the manager completly ghosted out

My company didnt pay for 9 months. MADLSA calculated and decided of money we will get, then we went to judicial and we won, but its been 2 years, Still they didnt pay. They said we will wait for until the company go for liquidation, the question is how long?. Hope Qatar government shall give fund so that people can pay the dues for our family is starving and suffering in our country. Maybe government can't do anything because this employer are rich and powerfull in Qatar, but its too much suffering already for us... thank you for the video anyway and this comment section at least I can release some hatred and pain in my heart. Hope god hear our prayers, the best thing we could do now since we did our part.

What to do if company not giving NOC LETTER ...

MADALSA gives 2 hearings after they transfer to high court.. And high court will take too much time that a poor worker can't wait....

I was in Qatar 2018, I had same problem. My employer didnt pay my salary for 3 months. I worked at this clinic opposite to Dar Al Salam mall, Abu Hamour. I was not paid and I had to leave Qatar. Very bad experience. It's been year now. Your video comes up too late for me. Thanks for sharing info.

Salary delay seems to be the new trend out here . People going for more than 4 months without getting paid most especially the labourers. But what baffles me is that these employers don't even consider their daily needs one has to pay their rent eat transportation families back at home looking up to you . But someone's just rolling comfortably on his chair in those offices without even twitching. Its so sad.

Maa shaa Allah! I hope saudis have a show like this. We are not being paid here for 3 months! Our salary in ATM is not clearly declared. We are only getting a 3/4 of our salary in atm every month and the rest is in cash but always delaywd for 3 months.

this is very sad. i personally experienced this in Qatar. My company name is Doha health care group they have branches of clinics namely The Apollo Clinic, Atlas Medical Center, Al Esraa Medical Center, Al Esraa polyclick, Atlas polyclinic, Future Medical Center and Future Dental center. they did not give my salary before my vacation they said it will be given after I get back from vacation from my annual leave one of the reasons I choice to not come back in beloved Country Qatar even, the company is very abusive on their employees financially, mentally and physically even sexually I can go on and write a very long story about this but it’s useless no one will hear me out and I might even get ban in Qatar even thou i did not do anything wrong morally. What if the employer is part of the royal family or ruling family, that didn't pay the right salary according to the contract?? Is it wort it to complain??

Is it possible for the employer to give 5 years contract to the employees? And if they didn't finish that contract, for example, you just finished three years, you won't be able to get any backpay from them? (I dont know the right term for backpay/separation pay/blablah....) hope you get it. Thank you Mr. Q!
Hi Mam, sa pag kakaalam ko po, kapag unlimited yung nakalagay sa contract ibig sabihin naka 5 years contract kayo (every year id renewal lang). Sa Gratuity or separation pay naman po, ang computation basic X year's of service. kapag natapos mu ang 5 years yung gratuity ay computed sa 30 days at pag below 5 years 21 days naman po. Sana makatulong po.😉

owner is an immigration officer.
not paying exact salary, overtime, 3mos delayed.
almost all employees filed complaint.
no follow up.
one employee, filed personal complaint,
for benefits not given, salaries and overtime payments.
in return manager filed runaway case to the employee.
instead of 25000
they settled in 10000 so they will clear everything.
as per the one govt dept. company is poor so thats why they have financial prblems.
also the manager told the employee that he is not allowed come back to their office forever.
not releasing of employees documents and request of papers.

I'm working with forced/complusory OT. Some other employees at my place of work also face similar situation. We get one day off for every 2 weeks worked. But contract say day off every week. The employer said we don't have enough staff to give every week off. What's the solution??

What about the gratuity? If the company does not give the gratuity bec. we have a new contract when we arrived here in qatar on 2015 that the company does not give gratuity but the contract that we sign in our country it is written there that once we finish our contract we should get gratuity or end of service..

Before court, the ministry tried to resolve this first. There is no court fees at that point. You can also request for the state to provide you with a lawyer to help protect you. The Human Rights Center can give you better info on this
How about if company deny to provide agreement paper?

you have to get either a hard copy or soft copy by email, so you can provide it if you will complain

Paul pineda when you file a case you should get a number immediately or a slip. I recommend you go there immediately and ask what’s going on. Don’t wait.

What is any clinet didn’t pay you money.. I am supplier here many of my clinet are like go to court and take ur money after 2 or 3 years..
