    33:00 seek patents means claiming patents? How is good to offer licenses that promise that you won't claim patents , if you plan to do so ? - thanks for the video :)

      Seeking patents means "patent prosecution" or having a program of writing patents. Most companies that have a patent process are constantly writing and applying for patents. Patents usually don't issue for two years or more. Therefore, most patents on inventions embodied in software under current development have not issued yet, and the company is still in the process of seeking them. Open source doesn't mean you won't seek patents, it just usually makes them not worthwhile to prosecute.

    37:35 isn't AGPL OSI approved ? I'm not sure why it's listed as a source available license here.
