I’m tryna change my oil & used these for the drip pan, & it did not work. Bolt is literally on there too tight
I rounded the locking nut on on the area where you tighten chains. Do you know what to do?

Looking at this because the Plummer tightened my ac box too tight and managed to strip it. Along with damaging the outside. Not sure why they put it back on without a filter.

How do I get a stripped bolt out if I can’t get a socket on the bolt
Drill a hole in the center of the bolt then try to remove it with vice pliers.
Don't mechanics check the cars torque specs before they tighten these bolts.? I have a jammed stripped t case plug that has been driven in so far, no threads are visible. Specs has 17 f pounds, this looks like 70f pounds.
Mitsubishi decided to put the bolt head on top of the brake line. Can't remove the brake line without removing the caliper, can't remove the caliper without removing the brake line. Perhaps a grenade would work.
Bloody Delica....same bloody problem. Gonna try heat today. Maybe a wet rag over the piston area. Hope you got yours loose. Wish me 🤞🍀 luck

I have a bolt in the engine of my motorcycle that rounded off and this didn’t work either. Any advice? It is also in a super tight space
I have the exact same problem. Trying to strip my bike engine down to the crankshaft and the cylinder head mounting bolt facing down is stripped and in an awkward place (behind front forks). I bought a stripped bolt socket set like shown in the vid but it didn't work tonight. Going to try hammering the socket on tomorrow then attach the wrench after it's smacked on. If that doesn't work it will need drilled out. Lemme know if you get yours 👍😄
Chisel and hammer method worked a treat. Hit it just off centre to establish a line in the bolt then smash it in the correct direction. Took 5 minutes.

how can you do it without the set?
Get a socket (or allenkey) and use a rubber glove, either wrap around allenkey or shove into socket, gives u a bit more traction, if that doesnt work, spray a shit load of crc on the bolt itself and give it another crack
