I almost feel like the Tearlament player in the start felt so bad getting such a perfect hand against a Utopia player they just forfeited out of guilt.

It could’ve be seen like that yeah 😂. But in reality, apparently, he screwed up when he decided to ss rinoheart with grief, since grief states that you need to send to the gy 1 monster with the same type and attribute as the ss one, and he had to send the same rinoheart he summoned and he didn’t have any tear cards in hand so he couldn’t trigger rinoheart’s gy effect, so he wasted grief. He’s intention was to send havnis to the gy to trigger a fusion.
