Mr beast videos are really fast paced unlike the sidemen Mr beast it's like a one watch whereas in sidemen we could watch the same videos multiple times and still enjoy it

Now that MrBeast came to England and the Sidemen did a MrBeast style video, i think the Sidemen should go to America and MrBeast should do a Sidemen style video. Like a cheap vs expensive holiday or something. Even with a MrBeast clothing ad at the end.
the problem is that MrBeast's videos only work because of their style. It relies on a fast paced, shorter length and quick to the point feel. If the Sidemen did a 30 minute video like the collab you mentioned, they still get the retention and the views because their audience doesn't mind it. But the majority of MrBeast's subscribers can barely sit through a 30 minute video, let alone the classic hour and a half vids that the Sidemen regularly do.
But anyway, I wouldn't mind watching it if it somehow happened.
@@imcalculate9 I hear what your saying. I am a fan of both. I also wish MrBeasts videos were a little longer sometime. I think if MrBeast got Josh to help him plan it and through in some small MrBeast elements in, it would be a good video and could possibly hold the retention for a longer video. Maybe not quite as long as Sidemen videos but longer than MrBeast videos. Either way, it's something that I personally would love to see.

Yeah it was a huge disappointment when the video came out. I knew in 10 seconds Jimmy took over the video style. I wished the sidemen put their foot down and did a sidemen video. I understand Jimmy is a genius but as we saw he thinks his way is the only way sadly. I will love it if they did it again but only spend a couple thousand maybe not half a million! That was stupid from the start!

@@whitecross_fc I think their point is that your comment is a little short-sighted, though likely well-intentioned. There's a reason the bulk, proportionally speaking, of their audience, is in the UK, and there's nothing wrong with that, it's just factual information. I'm a fan not from the UK, and I can see I'm not as invested as the UK fans are. That's just how it goes, realistically, and it shows in numbers. They do incredibly well outside the UK, but most of their retention, long-term subscribers, and more interactive portion of their fan base, are British viewers, by the numbers. Where you don't feel invested with Jimmy/Mr. Beast's channel, there are people, probably those that watched him for years and/or are from his corner of the US, that feel about him like you do the sidemen.
I'm a casual viewer of both, and I don't even think I'm subbed to Mr. beast actually, but where you're from does have an impact on how your viewers feel about you and view you within the greater youtube landscape, naturally. There are almost certainly people that that feel about Mr. Beast (or insert any big youtuber) as you do for the sidemen, and likewise, there are plenty of people like me who aren't particularly invested in the sidemen (or mr. beast), but generally enjoy the content when I do happen to watch it. So, saying "you guys have something Mr. beast doesn't" isn't really fair, it's just an opinion stated as if it were a fact.

ye but for the sidemen,i would say this is only me,but wathing sidemen for 10+ years,all those videos they did before,small challenges 20 min videos u get used to it and you feel like ur watching a video of your friends not just celebs or youtubers

like the first holiday video that was 2+ hours long i watched without pausing and if mr beast did that i could never watch it,it's just different

Yeah i'd say the difference is with Sidemen videos is it feels more personal, there is more detail, more banter, it actually feels more fulfilling to watch like we sort of get to be apart of it. Where with MrBeast it all progresses so quickly, there is essentially no bonding with the audience, and i find myself wishing there was more detail overall, it feels like I watched a trailer or filler video. Sidemen all the way
People like fast paced videos now. Cause people have attention span of 3 minutes.
Even if there are overlaps with the Sidemen videos, Mr Beast does something better: he uploads shorter videos! Shorter videos get more views, are shared more and can get viral faster. When I share a sidemen video with someone, the first thing they say is 'who the f has the time to watch an hour long video'

The sidemen never learn do they? Mrbeast viewers have been proven on multiple occasions to not watch any other videos involving mrbeast if it isn’t on his channel. Simon did a video with him a while back and none of mrbeasts viewers watched it, same with quackity doing a video with mrbeast, none of his viewers watched it. It was obvious the same would happen with the sidemen. Mrbeast doesn’t have a viewer base that seeks him, he has a viewer base that seeks his channel and content whereas the sidemen have a viewer base that seek them and don’t mind the channel or content as much. You can replace mrbeast with someone else as long as the content is the same. But you cannot replace the sidemen even if the content is the same.

I agree ngl I’m not the biggest fan of mr beasts style. So fast pace, no personality just loads is money to spend on unique idea. If the sidemen had the same to spend on each video it would be 10x better. None of the people of mr beast have a unique personality they’re just people.
I’m not disrespecting me beasts team, but any of them are replaceable unlike sidemen. Personally I watch sdmn videos for the 7 of them and their chemistry and humour and I prefer the simpler concepts with vlog cams. That’s just my opinion
Man should just try and enjoy the video rather than do all these analytics. Sidemen have a different concept and the whole vibe around is different than that of MrBeast's and that's a good thing. Wouldn't be fun if everyone made the same video obviously. Not a big deal really!
