whenever change control is not closed within stipulated time line proper justfication prepared...but hows time line 1Month, 3 Month, 6 Month 1 year. sir please guide me

It depends on what category of change is & what is your SOP saying about it like major change if involve procurement of equipment , it can be 6 month or 1year. We can have time timeline mentioned in CC form & also you can extend with logically reasoning and proper approvals
