It is so hard to decide sometimes! I have a bit of a formula for choosing dolls, I always try to get as much variety as possible (eye color, skin color, wig color) but choosing the very first one is tough!
Oh my, I think if Fortuitous was a thing when I bought my smart doll a month ago, I would have considered getting a random semi real cinnamon doll, but I have no regrets now since I absolutely love my Entropy and couldn’t imagine having any other doll. But hey, maybe a long time from now when my wallet has recovered this would be something fun!
It was such a cool thing, it's exciting to get a Smart Doll under any circumstances, but I've just always loved surprises so this was just SO cool for me! I would definitely do it again 💜

And now fortuitous is sold out, all kanata in cortex are sold out and free shiping is now 70,000 yen, (a bit less then 1k in Canadian after duty and extra charges on my crédit card) Karma i guess🤷🏻♀️. Meanwhile im thwiking the xxl buts 3D stl file from the smartdoll website to fit articulated drangons wings on it and recharge by upgrading my sewing skills.

My first focus has to be paying off (pandemic unrelated) debt, but then my money is mine to do with what I will! And getting Fortitous wouldn't have guaranteed you got the doll you wanted anyway. I'm not a fan of milk either. More of cinnamon and tea! No problems with cocoa. I like it, just not as passionately. But milk is too white! You could make an albino out of it! 😂

I hate to bug you but I finished her! I messed up a bit on her thigh seams, one of her wrists/one of her ankles won't pop into socket (But I know how to fix it!), and I can't get her wig on for the life of me, but otherwise I think I did great!

Thank you! The cinnamon is really a gorgeous skin tone, I was thinking it would be a bit warmer, but I love that it's just like milk with a hint of warmth. It's really very pretty. I saw that about the cocoa today in the group too! I wish I could go for another one but since I already have cocoa and I really want a vinyl Mirai, I'll sit it out this time. I likely won't get the high heeled feet, I'm satisfied with the way the feet look in heels (have a black pair of the heels too), so I would probably put that extra $$ towards another fashion item, wig, or hand pack. But never say never!

Does your smart doll have a problem with standing mine does on one leg I feel it’s taller I’m not new to the hobby I have 8 bjd dolls so I know how to stand my dolls it’s just she won’t stand any suggestions
I've had issues when the ankle joint gets turned around the wrong way and the feet aren't exactly the same height. I would check and make sure both of those are the same, and also check that the inner frame is aligned. I would lay her out nude and flat and try to make sure everything is straight if you know what I mean. For example the torso should be straight and both legs coming down from it should be in the same position. Good luck!
I didn't put her together well enough, I think I didn't use enough glue and she started coming apart. I passed her along to someone who thought he could fix her so she could be fixed properly. I still want a milk Mirai, but I'm debating about whether to buy one new, or to try to find one of the older versions with barrette secondhand.
