If you want the shoe super snug then go size 9 but if you want the shoe still snug but dont want your feet cramped go the half size up. I got mine TTS and they are a little bit too snug for me but it's not a bad snug.
i have city of angels, the traction is great but the translucent attracts alot of dust & mines outsole are black but its not terrible, weirdly enough i havent slipped, probably rate it B+
South Beach at 14, couldn't disagree more. Personally I'd rate all of the one color shoes at the bottom, aside from the dragons. They're just too basic looking, relatively speaking, especially for the price tag.
