You should create your own original video on the skills overview part like other guides here and not getting it from the wild rift youtube channel. Even though you put your dub in it, it's still not your original content. Just my suggestion.
Hey man! Thanks for the suggestion. Is this a legal issue you are bringing out or creativity issue? in any way, the purpose of the video is for guiding, not really for creativity. Plus we do follow the fair use rule here in youtube for using footages from other sources.

@@LeoricProGaming Not really a legal issue but more on a copyright issue. The youtube fair use policy is you can get clips from other sources for only 8 secs. Beyond that either the original creator of the clip can pose a strike on your channel or claim your video/s with their clips on them. So, to avoid future potential problems on your channel, better not use their clips.

One factor we follow as CZcamsrs is this under fair use:
1. The purpose and character of the use, including whether such use is of commercial nature or is for nonprofit educational purposes
-Courts typically focus on whether the use of copyright-protected material is “transformative.” This means whether the use adds new expression or meaning to the original material, or whether it merely copies from the original.
And we believe our use of Riot's video is transformative and adds new expression or meaning to the original material and not merely copies.

A good example you can check out are reaction videos where most use the entire video clips and they put their reaction in it. That does not count as copyright infringement.
