    The spiritual epicenter Mount Kailash Parvat is a popular pilgrimage site in the Tibetan plateau. The celestial allure of Mount Kailash is not only fascinating, but it is also integrated by the core belief of religious values among Hindu, Buddhist, Jain, and Bon followers. Situated at an altitude of 6,638 m above sea level, Mount Kailash is the manifestation of the earth’s central part and also the holy abode of Lord Shiva. This pious mountain peak is highly revered for its spiritual merits and is mysterious because of some unknown energy.
    Mount Kailash is also said to be the stairway to heaven because of the presence of some ladder-shaped crossings in this holy mountain. Hindu and Buddhist followers believe that Mount Kailash is the embodiment of Mount Meru, as mentioned in some of the Hindu holy epics. Tibetan Buddhist worship the Kailash parvat by the name of Kangri Rinpoche.Bon followers call it ‘Water’s Flower’, ‘Mountain of Sea Water’, ‘Nine Stacked Swastika Mountain’ etc. The religious significance of Hindu followers is because of Shiva’s abode, for Buddhists, it is the navel part of the universe and for Bon followers, it is the abode of the sky goddess Sipaimen.
    The Kailash Parvat is a mysterious mountain. There are some mysteries relevant to this Kailash parvat. Its shape often resembles the Man Made Pyramid of Egypt as well. However, Mount Kailash is the central part of the world that maintains the beings on this planet. Some scientific research and studies have been conducted to find the mysteries. Some mysterious energy exists there in Mount Kailash. It is the belief that spending a long time in this holy abode is dangerous and can have severe effects on one’s health.     Lake Manasarovar and Rakshastal lie next to each other and a narrow strip of the mountains divides. These two pious lakes denote good and evil. One lake, Mansarovar, is highly sacred and comprises high religious values whereas another lake, rakshasa signifies evil. While circumambulating the Kailash Parvat, people should not see the evil lake according to the prevalent belief of Hindus. These two lakes are differentiated by a thin line of land which is mysterious.
    Kailash Parvat is the holy abode of lord shiva. For huge religious reasons, this parvat is also popular as the Shiva mandir. It is the popular belief that Lord Shiva resides in Kailash parvat and no energy can harm the glory of Mount Kailash. The Mansarovar is a popular lake in Mount Kailash. Mansarovar comprises two Sanskrit words, Manas means mind and sarovar means lake. Some inscriptions in the popular Hindu epics say that Mansarovar was first on Lord Brahma’s mind before creating it on the Prithvi.     The very best time to visit Kailash Mansarovar Yatra is the month of May to October. In certain months, the weather is significantly better with high clarity followed by the comfortable temperature of the Himalayas. At the time of July and August, the monsoon season starts, and the light rains and fog are possible but the mysterious Mount Kailash turns out to be good, bringing a completely new experience while trekking around. From November to March, the heavy snow and freezing cold make traveling to Kailash Mansarovar hard.
