Power of auto tune👏👏
I will say that it is definitely there, but auto tune (or pitch correction that may or may not be auto tune) is not a magic wand that will fix a voice that isn’t there. If you hire a producer to mix your vocals, they will use pitch correction regardless of how good you are. It’s because when you’re doing multiple takes or multiple layers of the same vocal, it’s very difficult to make them sound exactly the same. Then in this case, you’re adding blending different people’s voices to the mix. Often times it’s used more for blending purposes than fixing bad pitch.
