  • The best players are deliberate in getting to the spots that they deem best for them. It sounds almost too basic and robotic, but it's an art at the end of the day. Check out how you can add the same.

First thing I did after watching this video was watch every bucket from Kobe’s 81-point game. Other than free throws and pull up threes, literally all of his points came from getting to his spots and working from there to get the shot he wanted 💯🏀

Bernard king spoke about how he scored by looking at the court as a grid and seeing all of his different spots on the grid and how he knew all the different way he would be guarded and counters for all those different ways of being guarded and I think that’s such a good way to look at it and such an effective way of knowing how to score the ball

This is really too much free sauce 😂😂. People wonder how mugs get cold at hooping and it’s literally this. Mentally you wanna have the defense trying to stop what YOU WANT to do. From there watch James Harden and Kyrie on reacting and counter moves based off how the defense reacts to the initial move that you make up in your mind you’re gonna take and with confidence

@@MasterTrickShot less isolations with girls basketball and way more sets a lot of real team basketball as well so the game from a one on one stand point is a little different of course you got some players that can just go but coaching girls you want a lot of ball movement want to keep every one happy and motivated I think some of that should go on the boys side it will help motivate them to play more defense but also keep everyone engaged but it’s something that has to be taught and bought into

Some take this WAY too seriously, and can't do anything but get to their spots... or, hesitate way too much if they can't get to their spot. As a defender, all you need to do is get to their spot first. While having your spots is great advice, Don't make this mistake 🙏

    • @greengoomonkey

Students graduate in the 11th grade over here and our basketball season has been canceled due to the pandemic and I don't have enough basketball experience (stats,highlights..) to even commit to a college. I'm thinking of going back to highschool in a different country that i have family there to stay with to get 2 more years of ball experience and better grades since I'm younger than the average 11th grader. I'll appreciate it if you make a video on this comment and bring your knowledge to this situation.
