For most of my life, I was plagued by dense or negative energies. I was a firm believer that in order to spiritually “survive” in this world, you had to learn how to protect your energy.
I felt that if I didn’t have a “shield”, I’d die. The spiritual world was just a big “war” for me.
Then, one night, my entire world view changed in a snap. At that moment, I understood what had eluded me for so many years.
I understood that you don’t need to protect yourself against negative energy.
I learned that once ONE key ingredient is present in your life, everything changes. You stop believing you need to be protected and you step fully into the power of who you are.
And that’s what I explain in this video. I share what happened to me that night and also help you step into a completely different energy and belief structure.

Are all Masters of the same level?
False Prophet or Speaker of Truth?
I can accept the ability to send away unwanted energies by voice, thought or intent, sure.
However, to proclaim oneself to be at the level of all other Masters is thought provoking. After all, didn't Buddha renounce his old ways in order to self realize and then to teach. An incredible feat, sure, however, not only did Jesus preach, teach and openly speak out towards the corrupt hierarchy of the time, he ALSO SACRIFICED his body in a gruesome and painful way, just as the SUN itself sacrifices of itself for all physical life, this feat and act of Will of the SON/SUN is incredibly supreme.
So is having the ability to cast away demons or negative energies a worthy feat that places you or any of us at the same level as Jesus?
To cast away aggressive evil or mischievous energies, is this the same as Sacrificing oneself for all souls?
To help others at our own convenience, is this the same as Sacrifice?
To me it seems that there are different levels of skill and knowledge, and to recognize our own strengths does not put us at the level of Master. That's like giving every inexperienced kid a participation trophy.
@@neilanderson809 I think maybe that is not about " doing any thing " - when I am present - no thought - no fear - the energy just moves thu you and clears - its not a doing - no need to cast out demons - just be still and at peace and a clear light moves through you.

I too have come to my power by not permitting negativities inside me. I REFUSE TO RECOGNIZE ANGER HATRED AND OTHER NEGATIVE EMOTIONS, FOR A LONG PERIOD OF TIME. I feel I am not the master you are, but I want to believe that I too will overcome the outside influences that supress my gifts!
When I was young we would walk around and say a prayer in each room. I also would do the light thing and imagine surrounding myself with light and love and grounding too. But, one day my guides told me the samething. To say outloud. I command all those that are not in the light of love and god (source) to leave and stay out of my light. I never feel negative energies anymore around me. Thank you. I love your videos. ❤
I experienced a lot of negative energy in my life and just coped with the fight or flight mode: I really didn't know what to do and always felt I was the wrong one. During my spiritual awakening I decided to isolate myself from the world and it was actually the best choice for me, 'cause I really needed time and space to know myself, to accept myself and to get rid of all the shame I collected over the time for being what I am. The most recent step was exactly this one: “How do I deal with low energies around without been drained or “forced” (by myself) to go away?” So I asked the universe to help me and... the universe responded with some of your videos. yes Erika thanks for sharing, i've experienced the same path, and came here, and trying to change my mode of reaction (used to be kind by accept/suppress myself but myself is really drained) i intend to experience what it means by taking own power back.
I had an amazing experience the other day. I was in the room and there was a wave of darkness that overwhelmed me. It felt like death. My heart started racing and i was panicking. I was feeling the dark energy fully in my body, in every cell. As it went deeper with fear i realized its not mine and got up and shouted OUT. In that moment i didnt feel any fear. I only felt power. I was even shocked how strong i was. I walked to the door and let it out. I even thanked it. After that i stood on the grass and grounded myself, as i was standing i felt beautiful energy of the Earth and Universe charging me. It was amazing!
Yes! I love getting permission to be free! I’m so tired of being scared. I can handle whatever comes my way so I can just walk into it!

yes, ive left my job because the energy from my manager, physically drained me, she was a manipulator and nacacistic woman, who lied and made stories up😢 I felt it all, I had no proof at the time, but I walked out, now Ive been told things she said and did, I was 100% accurate, i could just feel it, now I need to find ways to move forward, I found you today, thank you🙏🙏

I loved this video so much. A question (or ah-ha moment for me) was when you talked about Ascended Masters (like Jesus) as your "colleagues" and people you worked WITH when you were presented with negative energies. From the deep south in the USA, Jesus is the "Savior" and that inherently makes me (the sinner), the victim and Him, someone in the position to save. To be clear, I think he does "save" but what I appreciated from this video is the difference in being the victim VS the empowered. When I think of religion, the majority uses fear and victim-hood to achieve a goal. I think you are correct in that God lives in all of is, that we ARE God, and so, stepping into our power breaks the teachings of the past. We are not somehow less-than that needs to seek a rescuer. We have the power to be fully present as God.

I came into the world with dark spirits attacking me as well as with Narcissistic abuse, sexual abuse and a feeling that I did not belong in my life. I'm older now and still struggle with being an Empath. I was taught the binding prayer by my god mother to get rid of the dark spirits. I do believe that we have all we need to protect ourselves. I've known that an early age. I agree with everything you have said here. I get tired of leaving my sanctuary to be out in the world where there is no "Cloaking Device" on me. It takes so much energy to be the "tough guy" all the time just to go out and get a cup of coffee!! It would be nice to feel comfortable in going out there alone. Love and Light to you❤️✨

I first found your video about being in the void during my own spiritual void, and I had been so discouraged because I thought I was doing something wrong while I wasn’t progressing. Hi Christina! This happened to me long ago... when i was a child every single night during sleep i used to feel a super dark and heavy energy! It was so terrifying,it was a horrible experience...i used to hate going to bed...On my early 20's when i found meditation i could not stay 5 minutes with my eyes close... it was very challenging...
By the time i stepped into my power everything changed...gradually i became stronger every time i was at home alone i could feel an energy but i used to strongly say if you are not an Angel or Jesus ... GET OUT...
I almost do not feel this anymore or when I do specially at 2 / 3 am, I do not get bothered by it.. I feel Strong and Protected!!

yes, exactly! I have a very similar story. I used to see scary faces of lower vibrational energies and used to get very freaked out by them. But honestly? I'm just elfin tired of this bs and i'm learning to take my power back!

I do live in a very dense place and I do struggle with psychic attacks and projections as an empath, I couldn't afford to buy crystals and I rarely do burn incense.. ✨ I am mostly at peace, I have the habit of using my voice and speaking from an empowered place like you said to release and transmute the negative stuff when they come up.. We are truly alchemist. It's our natural (supernatural) divine inheritance. I ALSO, Wanna mention the work of Dr. David Hawkins in his book (power vs. force) where he did research and showed how the higher love & light energies counterbalance the lower ones of fear & victimhood... Just by Being in the room, just like you shared.

Oh my God Christina you just opened my eyes. When I was a little boy I was always scared of the dark, and I just remembered why. I would always hear them talking to me and I would run and complain to my mother that I'm scared and she would ask what am I scared of and I would say they are talking to me. And she would say no there's no one here. I'm saying this because I've started meditating In May of 2018 and now the same thing is happening where I'd go to bed and I'd start hearing them again. Just last night I got a little mad because as soon as I lay down and I'm not even asleep I hear a hall of people just being loud and I was like I'm not even there yet hahaha. You are 🔥. I went into my childhood home recently (where a lot of trauma and PTSD occurred) and experienced a psychic attack. Last night, I was asking my guides about it and one of them literally said, “It’s time to step out of victim consciousness. If you are in your power, you are not a match for dark energy.” Then I just happened to come across your video by chance and you literally said the same thing. What a validation!

Love this ❤. My paternal Sicilian grandmother told me stories all the time as a kid about spirits. I couldn’t get enough of these stories from her. But at night it scared me. I knew spirits were around me and it definitely felt like dark energy. I was scared for years. When I joined the Air Force the last straw was waking up one morning paralyzed from an extreme dark energy. I decided at that point I was done with this spiritual business. For many years I tucked it so far back in my conscious mind I wanted nothing to do with it. Until now. I’ve been on a journey again and listening to all your videos. I love your angle on the subject. We have much in common my Dear.
My grandmother was cherokee, and grew up on the reservation. We shared deep connection with the earth, and the four legged and feathered ones.
I protected myself by staying deep in the woods, I was guarded by the trees and the animals.
I've grown too, now we share energy's. I am able to help them. My grandmother comes sometimes. We sit by the river, she is Spirit now, we don't speak. We never needed to.

I used to have a nightmare, seeing dark energy above me and I cannot move. I read it somewhere that we can just affirm "I am the golden ray of LIGHT" I shout that while imaging light shining from my arms, legs, chest and entire body. Then the dark spirit was gone, I was able to move again and so I woke up. If not for this video, I might forget that night. You just confirm how powerful being we are. I can't thank you enough, Christina! After all these years, most of my life, now 72, I have been brutalized by "dark entities". Bloody scratches on my body, my shoulders and ribs were forced out of place, crushing headaches, etc. I've suffered tremendously, and with my kitties too. I have prayed, done deep inner work, cowered, took flight or fight, called in my Spiritual Protection. Sometimes it helped and other times it didn't, which propelled me to go into fight mode. Sometimes it helped and sometimes it didn't. Wherever I went there would be another series of attacks. Obviously I was still hanging out in Duality and Separation. No one was able to shed any light on what was happening. I got to the point thinking that maybe it would just be like this for the rest of my life, which was devastating. With a lot of sadness and depression, and low self-esteem. I wondered if I was being asked to endure. It occurred to me that just maybe this was some form of training. It severely affected every aspects of my life. And then you came along! I've been watching your videos for about three weeks now. And I feel myself shifting. There is light at the end of the tunnel, that I could never see. While suffering as such I was facilitating healing for others. I questioned if something was wrong with this picture? You reminded me of what my mother taught all of her 6 children. She always told us to put our foot down when it came to unwanted entities and tell them to leave us alone, that they are not welcome. She would say "Don't be afraid. Nothing can hurt you unless you allow it by believing it can" when it came to spirits, evil eye, witchcraft, etc. We are blessed the females in the family descended from my maternal grandma are all sensitive so we grew up with this valuable information. I had such negative energy encounters in my school days and it was horrifying as a lil girl. I never shared it with anyone. I had no human help but I always asked, prayed for and received divine help. So after few of such incidents, one night it happened again and I said I don't want this. I refuse to take this. And it was gone. Then I prayed for strength and guidance. Since that day it never happened again. I even forgot about that. Today I got to know m more powerful and blessed than I ever thought I was. I feel this video on every level. Even being a light-worker, you feel powerful. As a paranormal investigator, I’ve had dark energies say they are in fact afraid of me.
when I first started astral travelling I also felt I was being "in training" and meeting all these darker energies. I never was big on "protection" other that imagining light around me. And during ayahuasca my higher self said to me: you just need to say "anything that doesn't belong to me leave, and do It three times blowing through your mouth and imagining I was swiping with a purple energy". Since then I do that. and like you I do like to smudge and I love my crystals and I feel them like friends that work with me, like co-workers. I have si seen my angels or guides (only once one galactic guide) but I just kind of know they are there working with me and I see all the signs. That is how I know they are communicating even though I may not necessarily interpret correctly the info. Much love and I really loooove your videos!
It used to be that I could not handle any negative energy at all. It really affected me physically and mentally, but after beginning my awakening and watching your video, it doesn't bother me anymore. I just smile and say to myself "you have no control over me anymore".
Yes, I have struggled. Woke up many times at night throughout my life, paralyzed in my sleep, with spiritual attacks, but what doctors call "sleep paralysis". When I was little I would call out for my parents, try to scream, but no sound would come out of my mouth. I felt like my whole body was being pushed into the mattress and I was weighed down. I could look around with my eyes, but not lift my head or legs or arms. Being Christian after that, it still happened and I would call on Jesus. Now going through this spiritual awakening recently and leaving religion behind, it hasn't happened again, but it's definitely scary.

what you are calling spiritual attacks..may be it's just your anxiety. While i was preparing for an exam...i had a dream that a very big hand is holding me to write the exam. i was trying hard but couldnt ..then i tried to shout but there was no sound, at which i put all my strength together and screamed out. My whole family got awake !! im not sure what dark energy it was...all i know i was in depression then.
i want to ask you about energy vampires. i m also an HSP and in my family there are people who just use me as a ladder...i feel so weak in their company. also i know they manipulate me but i cant help because i love them. how to deal with such vampires?
OMG Christina, i’ve had terrible nightmares on and off since i was a child, i’ve had long period of times when i would have them every time o would go to sleep, until a couple of months back i was terrified of being in the dark and not stand of being alone in a house that wasn’t mine at nights( i would call someone to be over the phone with me) , keep in mind i am 30 years old now. As soon as you said , “you have no permission to be here leave now “ , i repeated it right after , i immediately got a flash of cold air through all my body and goosebumps ( i was listening to you 11am) , so i am assuming it was clinging on me even daytime . I feel somewhat free . You are GOLD . Thank you for your work🤍🙏🏼
So that is how I should look at my wife and children now. I still have them, but not for saving my life but as beautiful companions...
same experience of being highly sensitive to negative energy. few months back stopped struggling with it. realized my power but dont know how i realized it. there was a time when fully victimized by negativity. now i started taking my power back by trying to keep myself authentic.

I wish I could re-speak SO MANY things that "other" people consider arrogant. I can totally relate to saying something matter of fact, from my heart, with loving and helpful motives...just to be considered rude by those who are stuck in their victim mentality 😔

Yes, I woke up one day after having a dark energy and just said "you are not welcome so leave!" IThey have tried again, but I knew to not be afraid and with power in my soul I take care of it and I am not bothered any more. I did exactly the same thing with crystals, now they are just part of me in beauty and strength. Thank you for your continual confirrmations!

I have a parallel childhood experience to you, I had a “negative entity” revisit me today and I was asking my friend for protective mantras etc but wow came across this video. Really this just gave me so much peace.... I often think I need to “do” so much with ceremony and ritual to get clearing, I do think that has been helpful in my spiritual journey... but I really resonate with this message of standing in my Power and I feel more clear already, free, and confident.
I was def getting in that victim energy and fearful that this negativity was coming back, almost in a cycle from exactly a year ago from a certain individual... I was also going in a little too deeply of analyzing what does this mean HA so.... I guess I just need to firmly say “you are not welcome here”. Thanks again

Wow, ok so full circle for me with your video! I do not consider myself an empath, and I strongly believe that my sister is. Listening to you makes me realize that she may have been “tortured” and is still, maybe. I have been of the belief for as long as I can remember that what matters is the energy in my heart and the energy that I bring in. What I pay attention to! And then I’ve been in my spiritual awakening journey for a little while and I’m breaking down the armour that I built around me to just master the tasks of life. I am intentionally opening my connections with intuition and guidance more and more. My sister came to spend time with me and one night we both had almost identical vivid dreams where I thought there were beings in my room. I was trying to call my sister and could not, that not so pleasant dream paralysis. It went on for a while during the night and then it subsided. I had not called for any help. My sister was very worried, saying I have to have the house cleansed, that there are negative energies in the house and her guides told her to make sure I did it. That they knew that I would probably not do it and that I would pay for it. 😩 (we were decluttering the house and indeed there was a lot of energy being brought to surface - all necessary for my journey) I said that I only welcome positive and high vibration energy and that we could Smudge and visualize Love and Light. I sensed she was not happy with that. That it wasn’t going to be enough (who do we think we are right?). Then last week in the middle of the night I woke up as I heard my front door being opened and closed and someone waking around. I called out asking who it was and no answer. I heard it again and called out again and no answer. Then I sensed there was someone in my room. I wasn’t really frightened but immediately called AC Michael and Mother Mary. Immediately everything was well again. It turned out that was another lucid dream but indeed I Called for help. My take on it is that part of my journey is to learn I can ask for help (generally), that I do not have to handle life all myself. It was a great experience for me to remember I have guidance and support. AND THEN, I exchanged a message with an awakened and highly intuitive person who said that these energies may need to be Loved as everything is looking to return to love. That while asking for protection is fine if I needed to do it but to consider that I really don’t. And further may be of assistance. Ask if there is something the energy needs to share (I did not sense the energy to be of low vibration or dense). And now your message comes a few days later. I think that there are teachings for me here, thank you! I can continue to connect and to own my power (Divine) and also ask for help when I feel I need it (then I can ask myself why I felt I needed and learn from it) and also even potentially help or be helped by the interaction. THIS! I need more videos like this! I am right at this point!! I was tormented in my sleep my entire life…dreams so strong and difficult. I have even many a time fought off entities that were going to kill me….I’d be in a daze for days….trying to figure out what it meant and why….I now know I am a warrior, a fighter and I am so strong that I agreed to come here and go through what I have gone through because it is nothing compared to who I truly am and what I am capable of doing!! This realization occurred this past Christmas and I am no longer a victim I never was….I was stuck…but no more

People have been mentally, physically, and spirituality attacking me as long as I've been aware of being. Folks either love me and want to tell me all their problems and rely on me for security and strength, or they blame me for all of their shadow projections and triggers.

Someone tried to pull rank on me, I was initially deflated, then pulled myself back up and to my surprise exposed the misunderstanding and power play to all. I love your pov. I share it and always have. I do bodywork and have had others ask me what I do to "cleanse' myself. I always say i just keep my energy/vibration high. nothing sticks to that. BUT I have a comment/question for you. I don't think of myself as awakened (awakening yes) and the last job i had i was getting hives all over my face and neck. i kinda knew it was a sign that i was in the wrong place for me but i needed the job, so i asked the hives to go away... but it got worse. i left the job finally and the hives have never come back. so i couldn't will the energy away. and i couldn't transmute it apparently. but it moved me into a better place.... btw i always wear tourmaline and rudraksha seeds. i work with crystals also and smudge and burn incense bc like you, i like these things, they are my friends. It's all part of the delights of being in a body on this earth. I also love to soak in sea salt. mostly to cleanse myself of my own self generated negative thought energy....
