A true Display of Professorship, coupled together with erudite presentation skills and artistic illustration. The Presenter's humility and display of Patience is worth mentioning. I have witnessed many a seminar series on CMS and other related Topics, but in most of those talks, the Presenter ascends to the Skies and makes every body around and in the seminar hall feel as though he or she is naive and deprived of all understanding required to assimilate and learn the Content. But, here I see a Star, a true Humanitarian, a True Social Concerned Philanthropist, who with his sheer dedication has made this CMS Joomla to raise to standards that even its developers wouldn't have imagined. Just goes to say, how One Dedicated, Sincere, Society Conscious Individual wanting no Gain, no Reward, no adoration, no trumpet of glory can do. I can go on and on, in fact, I can pen a book on this act of the Presenter. Truly, I do concur with one of the Comments which stated that This Presentation will Remain to be one the Best Presentations that You tube have carried. That includes, all the Teds, and Tedx put together. Thank you.

    .
Hi, I solved it by doing following.
I had the same problem. I had no html editor button available and when i entered the code from Demo site in the editor and saved it, i could see code on the front end in feature window.
I struggled lot to find out solution and luckily found it. It works for me perfectly.
Go to Extension and then select Module Manager
Select your slide "feature" - (Whatever you gave it name)
Add code in text window without any editor etc.
    [carousel] [carousel_item] :-) [/carousel_item] [/carousel]
Check the position Button and make sure that under dropdown menu - Shaper_helix_ii - you have selected the right custom position "feature".
Then go to the options and select Prepare Content "YES".
It has solved my problem. :-)
    Hope that helps.

If you get a fatal error on your website instead of the blank page you're supposed to be seeing right after enabling the template, all you have to do is continue with activating the plugin as well and the error will be removed and you will see the effects take place on your website. Great tutorial by the way, learning a lot!

when I download the Helix packages, they automatically unpack into directories (that's Apple!)...but when you go to the Extension Manager and try to select a nice handy ZIP file, there isn't one...so you can't install the way you show on (this otherwise really great) video....hmmmm.
Do I need to re-zip it? seems sorta silly that I can't select the top-level directory of the package, but you can't.

Thank you for your tutorial. It’s great and I’ve been using it loads! I do still have a question. You explain how to remove unwanted items from your page in the 48th minute. Your website immediately responds to the change by also deleting the now empty space automatically. When I do this on my website, it doesn’t change the height of the empty space at all, it will even make the space bigger when I do add tekst. How can I make the website adapt automatically when adding or deleting items as yours does? Thank you!
