Rear reds in the unmarked vehicles should only be operating when the vehicle is completely stopped & the vehicle is fending off… also the blues behind rear privacy glass side & rear windscreens has very poor light transmission particularly during the day… the Volvo side wing mirror strobes have a great effect at night.
