Lovely house with lovely space... but there's no grass or trees. What is wrong with Ghanaian developers these days? No concern for the environment, no wonder Accra is hot and floods easily. Greenery also add to the beauty.
Also, what is it with all that lighting? A bit OTT if you ask me.... Why use so much energy in one house in a country where we struggle with power supply?
We must learn to build in a more environmentally friendly way and stop over copying the West.
The price is also frankly ridiculous for that area. Ghanaian developers are greedy and over inflate prices.
I doubt anyone will but anywhere near that price... I'd rather build.
    My 2 cents.

      @@CODREALTYPROPERTIES - I have 4 reasons why it's an epic fail:
      1. The jacuzzi being located right next to a hooded carport is NOT aesthetically pleasing,
      2. It's out in the open and not enclosed for privacy,
      3. It's not a desirable location for a romantic or relaxing setting.
4.The location of the jacuzzi cheapens the look of the home (in my opinion).
I would not sale this home to an high-end client based on the jacuzzi location. More thought should have gone into the location by the builder/designer. To fix the problem, you would have to build a wall separating from the hooded carport.

As much the house is beautiful in a Ghana specd house, lack of landscape kills me..didn't you guys grow up with trees, flowers and green grasses in your houses? Just look at how plain/bland the house looks..no character..annoying..I wasn't attacking you personally..good effort on the video

On the mark of my thought process. I'm from south africa and I have realized that alot of our fellow African countries dislike landscape I mean we live in africa why can't you enjoy the beautiful African terrain in your own backyard.

I wouldn't word it quite harshly as you did, but I've noticed the lacuna of landscaping. But on the bright side, one can purchase and customise it according to his or her liking.

There’s an ignorance in West Africans, Ghanian and Nigerians specifically. They don’t care much for nature..”luxury” and showing off is what matters. They need to take notes from Kenya and Rwanda and look at how east Africa utilizes nature.
