- When Vin first picked up this dusty old Nissan 240sx, it had seen better days. Much... much better days. But he had some grand plans, including 1JZ swap under the hood (from our pals at JDM of California), some fresh paint, and some body bits. And after a summer's worth of toiling and building, Vin's s14 came out wider, 5x faster, and WAY better looking. Putting down around 550hp to the crank, and sitting pretty on BBS LM wheels (sorry, Hert), this might be one of our favorite Hoonigan cars to date.

yea you should probably not go down the cheeseball content path guys. Way too many channels doing this and just regurgitating content to us. You guys have never had that need, so why start now. These are the most cheesy and cringe worthy videos car channels put out. Definitely not in line with the quality of content that you guys consistently crank out. Dont cheapen yourself or your channel with stuff like this. Your better than this.

Don't feel bad, takes a lot of time and money to do this. There's constant tinkering and headache even if you have supreme knowledge of the car and upgrade market. Side note, isn't it great that there's a way for guys like this CZcamsr to do this without worrying about a 9 to 5? And we get to watch it. Pretty sweet.
This is an incredibly complete build Vin, and the outcome is amazing, you should be properly stoked with it. Love this wrap up style of video too, looking forward to seeing more!
What a beautiful build! My first project car was a 91 S13 with JDM front clip (brick lights and red top SR20DET) - I had so much fun learning different skillsets over the course of a few years and this brought back those cool Nissan memories!

I absolutely love the 240. My mother actually owned and drove one for over 20 years. People all over Sacramento and surrounding zip codes knew the car for its hotrod red with yellow vinals and wheels.
Tell Vinny that he picked a pretty much perfect color for that car. I've never been a big fan of stock colors on aftermarket cars from different makes but THIS one is magnifico

Vins car is the definition of good things come to those who wait...for the right parts, the right people, and the right time to present your work. You don't need to run your mouth and have a big clout,hype man, team or game to show something is beautiful and expressive of yourself and that it's deserving of mention. Just do you and do it right. One of my favorite Hoonigan builds. It's pristine, the kind of look I would be going for. I watched all the episodes of Zac's build so I would like to see a Euro car or one from Chase's arsenal.

Have we ever built a car in 10 minutes before?! It typically takes us 3 years😂🤣. Also, there is nothing worse than looking up “How To Guides” and have to watch 40 video to find how to modify a Trans to fit a 2JZ. This is now your one stop shop on how to slam a clean 240sx together. 🤘🏼👊🏼

Nice job. That's a great wheel choice. Can't go wrong with BBS. I too am a euro car guy as well and I dig it. Bet that Giken LSD makes a hell of a difference. I had one in my e36 track car and it completely transformed it. That 30 series is doing some work. Great numbers on the rollers! 👍

honestly one of my favorite hoonigan builds good job vin looks stellar. It just revives my car passion. I have a 2007 hyundai tiburon that has been sitting on a lift for 8+ weeks and this makes me want to get it fixed and ready to rip.
