Something I always wondered was, how could Captain Fishook be in the hotel itself. What I mean by that is, some bosses like Steward, Amadeus, Serpci ect, made sense because they were like human beings. But Fishook is a SHARK. How did he get in!? How did he get a pirate ship!?
