dark dawn might be real; i'm sending this to ziegs, i'll probably maybe update this depending on what people think, contact me if you'd want to help make it real probably, i'd TRY TO add the "go back in time 3 seconds" move ziegs wanted in the future and kirbvoid will fix time stop (probably) maybe

TO VERIFY IT WORKS go to the worldmap(warpstar) and hold minus, if you disappear then you did it right
TO PLAY start from new file, skip the intro, go to 1-1, get all energy spheres (they're in reverse order), (don't skip the second cutscene)
turn off panic handlers or just click ignore when "invalid read" shows up, the final boss crashes when you beat it but you should have been informed about that if you played good
i wanted to do more but couldn't, if you want we could update if you like and want to see more dark dawn stuff and working timestop ect

The Time ability making Blocking slow down projectiles is a really cool touch. It's a little jank since it's not actually changing the gamespeed, but executed rather impressively!
it actually slows down all enemies, not projectiles(failboat/mag2 balls are enemies, along with anything else kirby can eat/grab), I'll probably still cut it in favor of putting something else in that space in the pause screen, since nobody really likes it and you can do sameilar function with slow beam
but from a technical perspective i am happy with how it turned out(had lots of extra stuff slow beam didn't)and am glad at least one person liked it
Kirby transforming his limbs into different things is very reminiscent of Crystal Shards.

I like clock copy ability, more could be added, i like the slo-mo guard as an idea but in execution it looks like it's delaying the inevitable, great work

Was there any inspiration behind this from the Hands of Time from Ninjago? It seems very similar in having a "Time Punch," having the same 4 Time-effects, and Fast-Forward being green.

sorry i'm not a dank redditor i didn't get your joke
after some hours of videos to learn how to play the mod, i played it, my opinion its: the concept and ability its very cool, honestly, the slow mo guard, in my opinion, can be slightly ca=hanged, to like if you press guard and attack at same time, or press guard at the right TIME, you can make the whole area be in slow motion, and you will be able to dodge it or freze for enought time a area to you dodge it without be underwhelmed.
about the time stop ability, it to me its needed to you use other button, maybe: if you press throw ability and the attack button, you will have some time, (like PAINbrush) and then you will freeze the whole area, losing your ability in process. except that, to me the boss you need to it have a little higher interval at attacking, cause you actually need or spam (TIME TO DIE) or slow mo guard everytime when a attack comes to you
final boss is intentional, you can do other stuff too(the run attack thingy has invincibility) time stop is unfinished, slow mo guard is just gonna be cut because there's nobody who likes it, it takes up a valuable spot on the pause screen and slow beam can reasonally be executed in same way and amount of time

Dont know if im late but the time shield is actually goated maybe if the enemy manages to hit you you get shield damage but you can use the attack to stop time or gain meter
That meter can reverse and increase the effects of your attacks
If the meter fills the time stop will last forever or if you change zone
time stop is gonna be its own move, meter idea is possible af but probably a bad fit for clock because it's already a pretty complicated and technical ability for most people, if you think meter idea could be applied to another dark dawn ability or character(maybe meta knight similar to meta knightmare with the knight point stuff?) feel free to suggest

I have tjis one called reaper with moveset enemies and miniboss
As ya guessed its basically being death
Scythes chains ghosts skeletons and even a mass attack cameo with kirby souls
Meter would be to charge reaper rage which is a screen cleaner but
There is an already existing screen cleaner being reaper clean
The difference is reaper rage keeps your ability and wastes the whole bar meanwhile clear also clearsyour own ability
Dont know if you like the concept though or if you will consider implementing it but im glad ya atleast took the ttimeto read it

yes! almost everything, failboat boss(i did "model", idea and everything else was all him), and a few other things were by kirbvoid(he was busy and not able to do a ton, understandable)

sorta probably, you'll need to have the bypass metafortress patch and the gecko codes enabled; there might be some other issues idk yet

no, the clock matter rift ability has essentially been merged with this ability (stopping time will be added)

it does but not super intended(for this specific level experience whatever thing), yoiu can do arenas and stuff just fine with it
That slow shield doesn’t look all that helpful. It just makes whatever is hitting Kirby stick around for longer.
Maybe see if there’s a way to give Kirby a dodge, or move they can use out of the block to make it more viable.
reasonable, it's somewhat useful but in fairly niche situations, you still can release it and attack or slide or jump or whatever too; i appreciate your feedback
@@Microtransagolor having the slowdown effect persist for a second or two after you've finished the move might also make it more useful. That gives you some time to dodge or retaliate if you're quick about it.

@@Bandanadee290 enable the bypass metafortress patch and the gecko codes included in "codes.txt" for krtdl, then right click krtdl in the list menu and go to "start with riivolution patches", then select the "spaghetti and champagne.xml" out of the mod's "riivolution" folder, see that it is set to "enabled" and then click "start"
