    Tucked away.... Modern.... Country Living
    3 Bedrooms, 3 Bathrooms, a patio and a beautiful garden
    San Antonio Tlayacapan is located right in the middle in between Chapala and Ajijic, being a bit closer to the center of Ajijic, 5km away which is a 5 minutes driving or around 30-40minutes walking.
    It is a really nice calmed town with plenty of restaurants and different places to eat, also lots grocery stores at a walking distance from anywhere in town

    Never have I ever seen a video so well done, all are great Linda..You are amazing the way your speech and words flow so well..You are a natural at this and I admire your skills so much...always saying the right words, always drawing beautiful pictures in people´s minds, with always with seemless tours of your properties. I was introduced to you some months ago showing another beautiful property with your great historic stories of the areas, so kind of you to tell your dynamic stories of the land in different areas. I live in the snow and want get to your beautiful sunny and lovely area soon to hopefully purchase something from you in the future. Buen Suerte con todo Linda Fossi.

    Linda is a great realtor. But she is so much more.
    Through her videos she showcases potential future homes.
    She also introduces people to their potential future community through her knowledge of local culture and history. We always recommend that friends considering a move to and a life in Mexico do their research, and that begins with looking up Linda Fossi.

    Beautiful video, I love Linda's presentation, she is great 👍 San Antonio is a nice place, but there are new people in the area and I had a very unfortunate experience renting from one of them this February. Putting a video with all the details about it on my channel. Wanted to warn other people about it, since no one had warned me and I spent a lot of money on two weeks rental from a horrible host

    It's a beautiful house but I can see construction going on forever and ever and ever there is so much available land there and it won't be quiet for long. I suspect that's even why the owner may be selling.

    • @fossidoesmexico4027

      Hi Suzy. Yes, construction is inevitable 'anywhere' in Mexico, as almost everyone who buys a home, although it seems perfect upon purchase, eventually want to make 'it their own...It happens. This development, however, is only five homes, and the owner of this home, Harmony Grove, bought another lot right there and is building a larger home for the addition of several family members who want to move there. So no, that is not why they are leaving. Thank you so much for watching and your comments.

    Is there a chance you could purchase land behind house? As to extend back yard to the water ? Thanks.

    • @fossidoesmexico4027
      @fossidoesmexico4027 Před rokem

      Hi Lucky Wall. Unfortunately, if you look at the drone shots, you will see behind it is a vast piece of property, valued currently at about $2.5M (yep..Million dollars)....there is another smaller piece of property back there...but it is not for sale. But, things always change...that is a given. If one were to own this house and become friends with the owners of the other property, then perhaps you could make some arrangements to buy a portion to add to your 'new home'....? I've seen it happen a hundred times. That part is not far-fetched. The $2.5M...is another story altogether!

    4000 sqft. lot is tiny. Here in Oregon, USA, the smallest of small lots are 5000 sqft. I live on a typical lot in my area and it is 8000+ sqft. Why, WHY, W H Y ? Are seemingly 99% of lots in Mexico so puny? Mexico is a gigantic country, with I'd guess over 75% uninhabited, and yet the lots in towns and cities are dinky! I don't get it! Mexico has all this vacant land, yet lots for people to live on, are half the size of a postage stamp! Sheesh...WHY?!

    • @Biencom
      @Biencom  Před rokem

      Hi Scott! The population density in a state like Jalisco is way higher than a state like Oregon. Thus lots tend to be smaller, and of course land is more expensive!

    • @KOrnhOliO1
      @KOrnhOliO1 Před rokem +1

      @@Biencom It doesn't matter what state in Mexico we're talking about! They all have dinky little lots! It's harder than heck to find even an 8000 sqft. lot anywhere! It's ridiculous! Hard to love gardening in your yard in Mexico! Cuz most have little to no yard! 😵‍💫🥲
