Ingredients
Rice - 1 cup (200 grams)
Toor dal - ½ cup
Turmeric powder - ½ teaspoon
Urad dal - 1 tbl spoon
Chana dal - 1 tbl spoon
Coriander seeds - 1½ teaspoon
Pepper - ¼ teaspoon
Cumin seeds - 1 teaspoon
Cinnamon stick
Cloves - 2
Pinch of fenugreek
Sesame seeds - ¼ teaspoon
Dry chilli - 3 to 5
Grated coconut - 3 tbl spoon
Oil - 1 tbl spoon
Mustard - ½ teaspoon
Asafoetida
Shallots - 10 to 15
Curry leaves
Tomato - 1
Brinjal - 2
Small carrot - 1
Drumstick - 1
Beans - 4
Potato - 1
Salt
Tamarind juice of amla size
Coriander leaves
Ghee - 2 tbl spoon
