I have QBO Advanced but am not able to connect in excel. I get the message "add-in error. this add-in is no longer supported on this application." Then I found my way into MS Office Add-ins and it doesn't show as an option. Any ideas?

Hi Kari, Are you on a recent computer using the latest version of Excel? If you are using an older version of Excel, Windows, or MacOS, the feature may not be available to you.
