We didn't appeal the points deduction because we were already safe and there was no need as we couldn't go any higher after Brentford won, also why is he talking about another PSR breach? Absolute nonsense.....
We did appeal the second points deduction Jason but we then withdrew it, as we were safe. There is a third breach of PSR according to the Corrupt Premier League, as Keith mentions, this is down to interest payments on the new stadium. Spurs were allowed to claim for this with their new stadium but the Corrupt Premier League have said Everton will not be allowed to, as obviously we are not one of the sly six! They truly don’t know what they are doing!
