Three foxes saved from the Warwickshire Hunt

We were all over convicted huntsman Will Goffe on Saturday keeping up with him all day and intervening the help 3 foxes escape the Warwickshire Hounds.
After meeting at banker Hubert Keller's Hornton Hall Goffe took the hounds down into the valley below where sabs were ready and waiting for him. He didn’t hunt the valley, instead moving quickly through and out onto one of the hunts favorite busy roads, the A422. Here he crossed over into the Upton Estate. Where he began hunting the woods behind Upton House.
It didn’t take foot sabs long to catch back up with him and with hounds now picking up on the scent of a fox, sabs were in the perfect position to see the fox run from the wood. As we ran over to cover the line it had taken a second fox also broke cover and ran in the same direction. Sabs quickly sprayed over the path it had taken to cover it’s scent and then used whip cracks to stop any approaching hounds. Goffe realising he’d been sabbed took the hounds to hunt from New Covert over towards Shenington and Alkerton.
From there he crossed the road to hunt the valleys between Shennington, Shutford and Epwell. However with sabs never far away Goffe took the hounds off at speed to hunt Padson Bottom. His time away from sabs was only brief and when we did catch back up the hounds were already in cry and hunting a fox. We moved to a good position and waited until the fox broke cover in front of us. Again we ran over and covered the path it had taken. All this happened in front of Goffe who saw no point in carrying on with that fox and moved off at speed to Claydonhill Covert.
Again hounds were already in cry when we arrived but Goffe didn’t stick around long and headed across the road to Shutford Bridge. Here the hounds went off at speed by themselves in the direction of the busy B4035. On this occasion the hounds didn’t spill out all over the road and we found Goffe back at Claydonhill Covert but he decided to pack once sabs returned arrived back at the woods.

Foxes MUST be culled, but ripping them apart with dogs is NOT the way to do it. If you got caught doing that to a fox here, you would be in big trouble.
