Not sure if insurance would cover this, but I ordered mine from Amazon. My physical therapist helped me find the right height. a.co/d/4rbQO1L

They make less expensive versions, and I have seen them before at thrift stores for very cheap! You could also try seeing if it is something that would be covered by your health insurance.
