For clothes I have in my book 2 more exceptions with Het, is - het colbert (the jacket) and het het ondergoed (the underwear) are these exceptions correct?

Dat is correct! :)
For "-tiet" in Dutch, I think the words end with "-ty" in English rather than with "-ly"
Je hebt gelijk. -teit usually end with -ty in English.
