Umm....*IF* you do this correct, then yes, having children does give you patience, *BUT* it takes God's help and an *_incredible_* amount of self control and self awareness to be this calm and patient. It does *NOT* come easy!!
She was so patient while doing it! If I told my mom to do this an hour before school she would be running all around the house and giving me a slap every few minutes😂

My mom made the following when I had to bring a snack once, even though I gave her a lot more notice:
She put plain (not cinnamon) graham crackers together with vanilla frosting. I was mortified at first, as the "other mothers" made cookies or brownies - which, I'd told my mother, thinking she'd bake brownies. She looked me straight in the eye, and said, "Take it, or leave it." (Classic mother response, LOL)
Those graham cracker/vanilla frosting "sandwiches" were a HIT!! Most of the other kids had never had them before, but, one girl said that although her mom made it with chocolate frosting, she preferred my mom's vanilla frosting version. 😊 My mom always made homemade frosting, but, of course, it's even faster if you keep canned frosting on hand.
