- Sunday Reset is the weekly routine of planning, shopping and preparing lunches, dinners and snacks for the week.
Working full time and having 3 young kids its essential that I am organised so that our busy weeks flow nicely, we eat healthy and stick to our budget. It also gives me precious time back after school/Kinder/Daycare drop off and before bed.
Here I explain the process of what is involved on a Sunday to set us up for success!

I already do a weekly meal prep for dinner but is nowhere as organised as yours 😂 my second baby is coming soon so I really need to step up my game! I was wondering if you find shopping at Coles better with a big family? I recently had to switch to Woolworths cause prices were incredibly high and found that I’m spending at least $30 less per week! Any tips for that? Unfortunately I’m not able to stock during sales since I don’t have much space in my home 😢
