Hi Ali. You need the drawings at least. Sometimes there’s a scope of work that has more details, and sometimes there is information in the specifications.

Do you have plans for your project?
I have a small concrete business in Phoenix, AZ. Do you have a system for concrete foundations with slabs for commercial and residential projects? What about site work? as some jobs maybe similar, details can be very different job to job. Because my business is small it's hard to retain skilled labor from project to project. I do well for myself but would like to grow. Do you have a video on construction loans and what is the best way to fund projects when some of the GC's i work with don't pay out in a consistent manor and I find I'm having to bank the job for at least 30 to 45 days.

I have a garage door company, do you have any solution strategy for bid system, this is usually flat rate system and the issue is under bidders out there that screw up industry.

Anything for landscape construction?
Hi Martin. Yea you can also use these same principles to estimate landscape construction. Just figure what your labor hours are and your material costs using your vendors and/or a cost database.
