  • Hello guys note 1 kg for home cooking
    chickpeas.... 1kg
    backing soda. 2 tbl spn
    and boiled 2 hours in 5 ltr water.
    cooking oil.... 2 cup
    onion.... 1 medium size
    ginger garlic paste.. 1.5 tbl spn
    salt to taste...?
    chilli flake....3 tbl spn as per taste
    tumeric powder... 1tbl spn
    coriander powder...1 tbl spn
    cumin seed.. half tbl spn
    and cook 4to5 mnt and add 1.5 ltr water and cook 15to20 minuts
    after cooking gravy 15to20mnt and add boiled chickpeas.
    black paper crushed.. 1 tea spn
    garam masala powder..1 tea spn
    cumin seeds...1 tea spn
    add and mix well and cover 10 to 15 mnt on low flame.
