FYI. They still produced 50% silver quarters and dimes in 1968 (about half were still silver). Use a magnet to determine whether it is silver (magnet doesn’t stick = 50% silver).

another one is the single date for 2021, they made 4 types for 100 years of the bluenose schooner thats been on the dimes since 1937 except for a few issue they had a dime with a blue water below the ship ,i have found only one out there and ticket you have better luck, buying a lottery ticket than finding a 1969 lg date dime. Also the gov't has the alloy recovery program to collect all nickel coins and melt them down and put out the steelcrap that will rust out, i have seen these coins with rust spots on them.

Should you not just check out the quarters. Wouldn't a magnet pick out the silver in dimes? What about the nickel as well. Can you use a magnet as well

Silver coins will not stick to a magnet. Contrary to this video there is a small percentage of 1968 Canadian dimes with a lower 50% silver content. Coins that contain silver typically have a different color, even the lower 50% content will not stick to a magnet.

If your telling us what cad dimes are, then why are we here? We came to this video knowing what they are. You dont need to explain.
