      You become what you are surrounded by unfortunately, you can either spread good energy or focus on the negativity either way it's your choice

      In my experience getting away from those negative people and negative things helps. It can be hard to walk away but I've found it's usually necessary in order to get your own peace back.

      Excellent question. You will attract to yourself what you focus upon. If you focus upon all the negativity surrounding you, you will attract more negativity. Because you are aware of negativity and can discern its presence, you can therefore be aware of positivity. Focus on that instead, and you will attract more positivity.

      En effet, ce sur quoi vous vous concentrez le plus souvent, c'est ce qui viendra à vous. Difficile de changer mais avec l'entraînement c'est possible. Les événements extérieurs vont parfois se bousculer pour que cela change. Mais on apprend à rester serein et on devient le témoin de nos propres émotions. Elles ne font que passer. A méditer🧘‍♂️🧘‍♀️ Bon courage 🩷
