Wow I'm very impressed with this cover!!! Hyung Ho showed me another side of him that I never know! He can do rock songs very well with that vocal and shows that he can do more than just one genre! Love the black & white concept too, make it more dramatic & captivating!

Kang Hyung ho, One of the members of Forestella is from the singing contest for Cross Over called Phantom Singer 2 where many classically trained singers attended. HOWEVER As an amateur singer he stole the show singing the phantom of the opera at the 1st episode and finally became a winner with other 3 members.
How come he sings rock well??? He has been a rock band's vocalist for a long time since college ( i think PITTA consists of the rock band from uni??), and people in the band club at Pusan National University remembered him as a key vocalist who chilled many people singing like Matthew Bellamy of Muse. Matthew's case is that he uses a creepy level of Belkanto singing in Palceto, which Huyng ho learned from the music of the Muse, and became the biggest music tool that brought him to his present position (His vocal range is very wide :approximately 4 octaves as well as unexpectedly low and stable).
Anyone who knows Muse's songs would be convinced that why he became an original vocalist of all parts of that man and woman.
After graduating from the Uni. He worked for the chemical company (actually his major is the engineering chemistry) but he kept on pursing his dream sometimes busking on the street. Finally his dream came true and quit working in industry field. My information is not complete but i hope that it can give you some general information of Kang Huying HO. KHH wanted to sing from his juvenil days but his parents didn't agree him to go to art school. So his music life started since he joined the rock band in the university. Even after graduation he continued the band and won the Grand-Prix in laborers' band contest. His sensational audition song- the Phantom of the Opera was his killer repertoire from that contest. He used to cover Muse so developed his falsetto that good. (He got very talented voice tho, singing technique also was great.)
He quit his research chemist job 1 year after the debut as Forestella. He would have worries and considering about career and steady salary, stable life but finally chose the life of professional musician. As a fan of him and of Forestella I truly appreciate for his decision from heart.
Aah I knew it that he must be a rock singer before!

Long time no see! I've been waiting for your reaction to him so badly.
The whispering tone of when he started this song, it resembles alot to the original singer, Billie Eilish. And the sound of guitar here, it is their(Pitta is band consisted of guitarist Lee YongWoo and vocalist Kang HyungHo. KHH sometimes plays the guitar, too ) own sound. In the original song a symphony (I guess) played that part.
Yes, he is a rocker, and he was the main vocal in a rock band in his college and his previous company. He is multi-talented. (Actually all Forestella memebers are, that's why they always surprise us.) Please check out his recent solo performance.
