- If you are in the commercial snow removal industry you know that these plows are associated with big bucks and when you’re out a snowplow it’s costing you and usually more than we think! This is just one of the main reasons we at Kage have created a durable steel and polyurethane blade and box plow that surpass the rest. With a highly advanced and protected hydraulic system, compressed spring-back trip edge, solid Kage box design and multiple mount attachment capabilities you’ll be experiencing a night of snow removal like never before. The moldboard is the strongest in the industry because of the box plow design, very similar to a bulldozer which we know is meant for pushing and plowing!
If you are sick of your current snow removal equipment and need something more durable, effective and efficient and tough enough to get any job done, contact Kage Innovation today or visit our website to see what snow removal equipment is right for you and your crew.
I can out plow 3 trucks with s650 and kage system
Highly recommend these plows! And i did not even get paid to write this! ~Ringahding~
I do a whole plaza by myself and I keep a box plow and snow bucket but I need my boss to get one of these
Definitely the best in the biz
So What Is New With The Kage In 2019...
Yours is aToyplow compare to the POME U-plow or the wingmaster
i mean boss has one that quick connects to.. but this is nice.. im just a boss user..
What if you just used a 2 in 1
I've been plowing snow for over 30 years, nice product, well designed and thought out, practical application, I'd really like to try one, heh got any dealers in Canada ? Contact J.R. Brisson in Casselman, Ontario, he's a big Case dealer, he might be interested in carrying your product and we are not that far away.
I've used all sorts of bucket's, blades, box's, hook on box with a bucket, they all have there strengths and weakness's, your product is the best combination of all of those in one in my opinion.
Here in Ottawa Canada we have something called " Sno - Gate " but it's really only use is bucket mounted, however the sno-gate technology or something similar I think would work well for back blading to create the box effect for back blading, but fold up for pushing.
The one thing I've always hated about back blading is not being able to carry alot of snow, having it roll off the ends, some companies make blades with foldable wings but thats alot of moving parts, stress point, maintainence, sno gate basily has one hinge point and a single lock point, so instead of mounting them in the forward position on a bucket, you would want to mount them facing the rear so all you have to do is curl bucket down to get them to flip back into upright lock position.
Mounted on the " blade portion " of your product, you could also use either Hyd. or electric controls for the lock pin so still in line with no getting out of cab.
Although you probably want to design your own, the sno-gate attachment is expensive here, around 8k or more, for skidsteer, backhoe, loader etc.. price depends on size.
how bout one for a front end loader?
or 2.. cuz we have 2.
What size loader do you have?
What size system will be best for a Bobcat s185?
Hi Steven! Feel free to reach out to one of our salesmen and they can direct you to the correct system! 844-314-5243
how much for a skid steer mounted plow
Let's say a 9 foot plow, for a cat 257b.
Are there any dealers in New Jersey or Eastern PA
My HLA 5203 Snow Wing would eat this piece of junk in seconds. The snow wing had hydraulic wings which important for moving large amounts of snow and positioning it exactly where you want.
Looks like you're using tracks instead of wheels in this video. I've always thought wheels were better for snow (but I have a tracked unit to load salt that slides a lot)
Nearest dealer for Utah? Anything out this way?
Don't see why this can't be mounted on a pick up truck
buy a virnig.. they are way cheaper and have a back drag bar that makes it three times faster for the fact that you aren't always going to pick up the box piece.. i have out plowed the kage many times with my virnig.. and i always have a far cleaner cut.
Hey Barb,
Thank you for the comment on our video! In terms of KAGE continuing product improvement, can I ask what Virnig unit you are referring to? Is it their wing plow, v plow, or fixed pusher box? I'm assuming it's the pusher box by your reference to the back drag bar, but maybe I'm missing something.
I'm also curious about the cleaner cut, are you referencing pavement scraping ability?
Thanks again for your feedback, and I appreciate any answers you care to give to my questions! - Mike
It not good on gravel lots, digs in unfrozen ground.
How does this compare to ...let's say... the 'metal pless' plows and pushers available? Here's a quick link for reference.
www.metalpless.com/en/home/index
Metal Pless or HLA will absolutely destroy this lol.
Probably, but this is much cheaper than the metalpless is. You also don't have to worry about any hydraulics failing. It's an extremely simple system, so it would be very hard for it to fail or need servicing.
Lol 7:09 this account is nice to shovle out!
This looks like a two blade purchase
you have too buy both units here, i don't think it's a set
Cool
kageinnovation z
Yes hghgcvcbvbccvcbc
but...it is a snowplow....and a pusher.....
i retracked my comment.. after seeing the blade.. hahaha..
You really need to have a professional do the video and script.
I love Kage videos. I don't think you understand the whole point of these vids. they are fun.
