He has recently had his hair cut so that the sides and back are short and he is trying to grow the top longer but doesn't like the disconnected look so showed him this video and he was quite happy to have a reference to follow! probably because those guys went their whole life through a pretty stressful hair time themselves and so invested way more time into hair, styling and all that stuff just to get their hair right (just to get to that point where there's nothing else to do anymore about it) and then just ended in that business because they like/d working with hair in general?!

I got dry+straight hair so what are the ways in which I can remove the dryness...?
Awesome video, awesome hairstyle, but i have some questions hope u guys can clear things out for me.
I have fine thin straight and really long hair ( almost like Ben's hair ), and my question is how to get volume in the front like that ? Normally i would wet my hairs, towel dry it, put mousse + heat protectant, and then blow dry my hairs like normal only using my hand, and i don't find that much volume after the blowdry. I tried different technics but never got volume like Ben ( sorry bad English ). So do i actually need to use a specific kind of comb to get volume like that ?
And also if i use the product Big Sexy Hair Blow Dry Volumizing Gel, is it going to help ?

+BluMaan can you tell me a good heat protectant to use? Currently, I'm using Sidekick from By Vilan. However, it really isn't giving great protection from the heat created from the blow drier. Is there one that gives you volume as well?
