    Hey,Dr.Charlie just wondering if my original injury was a slight tear on my spinal cord was 3yrs ago ,but I'm still having symptoms with almost 100 percent better 1 year ago and then a flare-up lasting on and off for another year after ,can that still be the body not healed yet or the mind remembering the old injury pain,??

    Is it posoble to have some yummi motion that actualy make you worse after doing it prolonged time (siting)

      Yummy motions that are fine while doing them- but symptoms are delayed later is often a sign that symptoms are centrally driven (mind). Sitting which becomes yucky could be due to many things. A bit of a different conversation as sitting is not a motion- it’s a position- the absence of motion.
