Moin. Die alten F12 hatten den B&C DE620 drin, sehr wellig und bei hohem Pegel auch nervig laut trotz des Sperrkreises, halt irgendwie out-of-date. Getauscht haben wir gegen den Lavoce DN14.300T. Deutlich linearer, entspannter bei Pegel und auch im Hochton einfach brillianter. Weiche musste nicht geändert werden. Kannst mir bei FB gern eine PN schicken für mehr Infos. Grüße
@@sanderpatrick24 ah sehr interessant, ich hab auch mal PL F12Pro gehört aber die hatten glaube ich nen RCF ND850 im Hochton und den MB12N351. Hab leider kein FB :D
Kann man bei dir irgendwie arbeiten? Ich bin fasziniert von audio technik und baue mir grade ganz langsam ein system auf aber das geld ist immer ein Problem und ich würd so gern spielen und experimentieren.
Hey! The DIY wooden Horn has a ME142 Waveguide included and the sound was really great! We used Lavoce DN14.300T HF driver with crossover frequency of 900Hz/BW18. Mids Dispersion was also good, although the cabinet is not intentionally designed for vertical use. But testings showed good frequency response and dispersion. Of course we are working on a „correct“ version of that cabinet-shape 🤓👍 Greetz

How did the 2x12 tops in the vertical position with the horn (wood tone) perform? How was the horizontal dispersion of the mid frequencies?
