Looks like a slower EX with no suspension 🤷. Did it have blackboard? Not sure whats the purpose of that wheel but Begode is really good at recycling their wheels. The front screen looks nice. Good video!

My EXNhs didn't come with the front display nor the dual charge port but it does have the knobby & black mobo. Neither did it come with anything cracked. Did a teardown to apply the marine grease treatment & tightening of all bolts & screws (nothing was loose fwiw). Can't say my EXN is torquey but it does feel torquer than my bud's Sherman. Now with ~1k kms in, there's been no drama. I've done some pretty gnarly tight mtb trails & at outside summer 30°c, internal temps have spiked to high 60°c's on extended steep dirt climbs. It did take me a number of rides to get used to its phatness & top heavy nature but now, I enjoy it alot. I've also wrapped it strategically with baby bumper foam pads & I believe it'll survive normal falls easily. No fires to report as yet but I'll take my EXN > a Sherman for its nimbleness. Woulda likely gotten the ht version if it was available then. Torque > Speed for my needs

The 3A protection by battery pack for recharging is probably integrated on the BMS. Hence the cutting of double-sided foam.

Would be interesting if companies like Bosch would make an electric unicycle and beat the chinese in quality to hell. But that will never happen as no engineering company in EU would dare to make "illegal" devices. This mentality really stifles innovation.

The new knobby tires great. But you can’t fit the mudflap/water flap. My new exn Bluetooth never worked out of the box. Overall I love the new wheel and have hit over 53 mph here in Orlando Florida. Love your Channel and you have inspired me to buy this wheel.
This illustrates why I won't ever buy a Gotway/Begode. Until they get their safety standards up to par, not worth the risk. If you're like Adam, and comfortable opening it all up and making adjustments to it, go for it, but otherwise it's just not worth it.

Falling backwards is a wrist and arm breaker and falling forward will be a scrape festival for hands, face guys and toes. Seems like wearing body armor is the only to go to remotely save something from damage.

It can't be done during transport, the big cracked spot is in the corner so the strongest part of the box, except by crushing it with a forklift on the loading dock maybe but the box & polystyrene padding would be destroyed at that spot, it can't be just pressed and come back in place without leaving a mark. I don't think Adam didn't see it when he received it because it would be a big hole in it so.. All new out of the box gotway reviews on yt/forums have the transport mode On from the Msp, this one doesn't have it + cracked shell

Lol whenever Wrongway does a disassembly I'm reminded why I told myself I'd never buy a Gotway wheel XD. They may call themselves Begode now but Gotway will always be Gotway it seems.

The crack could be welded on the backside, to restore it's strength, as it possibly is made of ABS.

Its true, but not too difficult to fix! Deflate the tire and re-seat the bead along the rim and re-inflate. This tire is so mushy though that you can't feel it while riding, luckily.
Why would anyone buy begode at this point. I understand they were the speed, and performance pioneers, but the difference now from other brands is not as much. Is it worth all the problems? Just the fact that those could get on fire possibly, and I live in an apartment, is enough for me to not buy it? 😂

I'm not sure the manufacturer would consider this tear apart good press. Maybe quality is not a thing but they definitely did not go into manufacturing phase worrying that three Vbloggers would make their wheel into an indefensible result.

@@GingerOnWheels ah nice,. The normal exn is more like 35-40 I think? Seems like there is like a 20% difference in torque between HS & HT wheels, from what I've heard
