I also recommend he explores Stepantsminda to soak in the beauty of the Georgian mountains, which are conveniently close to the capital.

mtatsminda park is very cool in Tbilisi, but my fave place outside the city is the caves in Vardzia so if he can get a tour there that would be cool

Tell you brother that going to Georgia and not going to see mountains is same as you go to Caribbean and you don't go to beach. He can visit Gergeti at least, its 3 hours drive from tbilisi and picture perfect. And also in tbilisi, when he sees churches on the hills maybe he doesn't want to pray but all postcards pictures of tbilisi are taken from their, especially one next to river, also biggest church he sees and one with cable car 🚡 of course))
