Why all this law is always against men? What when a woman leaves or have an affair and she still wants to take your house with her and her new partner? Don't marry, seems to be the only solution...

@@clashofchampsoo2697 Do some research and it will all make sense. In divorce men typically end up losing way more than 50% of their assets. This is just trying to replicate marriage.. men typically bare the financial burden.
Cohabitation agreements - the new prenups!! I wonder if females will start claiming they signed these under duress and therefore they're not valid, like they do for prenups 🤔
Even worse when you have moved to a foreign country. Like I did. I’m in Spain facing a Spanish Civil Court verbal hearing for precarious eviction, nearly two years post separation because the ex who walked out went back on his letter and promises of “gifts” after his abrupt termination of the relationship.
