This type of style is a subgenre of drill called sexy/slizzy drill. Cash started this like 2 years ago and now it's blowing up, hence he is everywhere. I am a producer/engineer in NYC and I work with some of his artists he has, the sound has this city in a chokehold, including me lol.

Youre missing out on a whole heap of sounds and subgenres going on in hip hop bc u mostly only check for the mainstream stuff that gets u a lotta views nowadays. Wish u would go back to checking out some more niche stuff. The niche stuff hip hop has to offer is way better than the mediocre garbage coming from most of the mainstream.
