Let thank you for great videos, I don't put you work to practical use, but was having memory problems and my doctor suggested I do some mind exercises that challenges my brain and memory. So I take each lesson and break it down and try to understand how and why you made the VBA to make it what you are teaching. I knew I love the challenge computers put on me and your lessons make me think as my VBA skills are weak because I never had the need to use it. Thanks from an old man who needs brain exercise to fight off memory loss. TNX again Great Lessons

Randy once more a great idea and simple design and build. You rock! Kudos.
However let me share some thoughts. Who does the spreadsheet address? A user that will fill the details spreadsheet that feeds the data to the calendar dashboard, can apply simple filters to get the same information instantly. Why do one need this calendar dashboard. Please do not mistake me, I am not challenging you. I am only trying to extend your concept such that it provides more details and hence becomes remarkably useful.
The same calendar interface can optionally show due dates for approaching expenses - fixed/statutory such as taxes, loan installments, utility payments and so on. User can input that data from his budget so that at the click of a button the bill reminder function can show that data in this calendar interface. If you think this is a useful and workable idea you can incorporate this aspect as well.
I can guarantee that will be a mind blowing utility you have ever worked on. As a person benefited from your videos and spreadsheet models I thought it would be a good idea to share it with you for the benefit of the much greater user base that you have. Best wishes

Hi and thanks so much for the comment and feedback. When I was running a business, cash flow was critical and I really wanted a visual representation of future cash flow. Knowing that I have 20,000 Payroll due in 2 weeks and seeing that I have 15,000 in cash and 4,000 in Scheduled receivables up to a specific day would quickly allow me to see a negative $1000 in a red, visual representation would allow me to make decisions based on this 'upcoming' negative cash flow balance. A simple report would not give you this visual representation, however this cash flow calendar allows business owners and managers to get a sneak peak into the future without having to read through an entire report. They can then make the necessary decisions based on the expected or estimated cash flow.

Country: USA. Once I have chosen these filters then reflect in the raw data that I have in the raw one based on the chosen filter. Thanks in advance. @@ExcelForFreelancers And thank you for the video! Very helpful. I'm tweaking the workbook a little bit for my own uses, and I've run into a problem. I'm sure I broke something. Let me see if I can explain what I'm doing...
Rather than have Starting, Funds In, Funds Out, and Ending balances, I'm wanting to show four different bank accounts, and simply track the ending balance of each account on each day. I'm differentiating the accounts with the "Accounts" (E) column on the Data sheet. One of the four accounts is specified for each deposit and withdrawal.
So far, I've managed to get the values to display correctly. I simply changed the SUMIF to SUMIFS in the calendar formulas to add two conditions for each sum statement - the date, and the account. So the formula finds all transactions posted less than or equal to the current date, and then filters out the transactions by account type. Like this:
      =IF(G7="","","Spending: $"&SUMIFS(Trans_Deposit,Trans_Date,"
