Confession time: I never really liked Huawei’s P-series phones. They’ve never been released in the US, and they’ve usually lagged behind the company’s Mate line in features I prioritize. Well, the P20 Pro changes all that, with an insane triple-camera system that has me more excited for a phone than I’ve been since the Lumia 1020 back in 2013. MrMobile's Huawei P20 Pro Review was produced following 30 days with a P20 Pro review device (model CLT-L29) provided by Huawei. The device was tested on T-Mobile US in the United States, TiM in Rome Italy, and SK Telecom in Seoul and Jeju Island, South Korea. It received one software update during the review process, resulting in a version number 8.1.0.107(C432) at presstime.

TheFalseHuman but he did. Most reviewers (not naming names) barely talk about the camera, the zoom, how 'binning' works', the night mode et cetera. And the photo samples are pretty good as well.
TheNickle you say how most reviewers neglects certain aspects of the phone. Then you said that this reviewer did as well. What you should have said is *didn't. This would imply that the reviewer *did* talk about those aspects and didn't neglect those features.
Right idea, just wrong word choice. Unless I'm making a fool of myself here with English lol

Now THAT is a camera. The low light mode is damn impressive, and I love the detail that comes with those merged pixels.

I so glad you focused on the night mode and zoom, so many reviewers seem to skip over them, and they really are impressive.
Simoneister EMUI is enough to steer me away from this otherwise great phone.

The only deal breaker for me is the headphone jack. I'm not really into stock android. That really feels boring to me. All my life i have been using custom roms with tons of customization.
What? do samsung and LG skins copy ios in every aspect? emui is a miserable skin, that wants to roll with the big boys. Its so pathetic, apps crash all the time, the notifications are a mess, Ram management sucked on the mate 10 pro for me. I'd rather spend a 100$ more and buy a real iPhone.
younus hadi really app crashes in Mate 10 pro? did you really use it? I never felt in my Mate 9, its 1 and half year old, amd runs smoothly, got stable Oreo in January, 2018. Its battery life is amazing, nd its EmUi just gets better by time, it adjusts itself as per our usage of some apps, it utilizes its resources to most used apps and so on, its not perfect, but its good enough for every day tasks.

awesome review as always!! Great camera, but for me a bit sharp? But yeah, p20 pro has great camera, but misses key features like a simple headphone jack and MicroSD, that's just a no go... also the notch.. even when you "hide" it you can still see it..

I dunno he seems to really hate the software, I personally do prefer the Blackberry launcher on any device even the Nokia 3(stock Android device) & honor V9 Play but yeah other than that he does great reviews, still wonder why he never say anything bad about Samsung software it is horrible. :(

you ever consider doing throwback reviews? your reviews of the dell phone and the htc hd2 on pocket now were so good. i miss you reviewing older hardware in your unique style
maybe do the htc one m7 since its going on 5 years old now or the iphone 5s as its still completely usable to this day (i know this because its my daily driver)

Have you noticed any screen dimming? There's some sort of bug that slightly adjusts the display brightness even if automatic is turned off, depending on the lighting conditions.
