On Teth, the Bad Batch, Rex, and Howzer stand their ground as a squad of Imperial stormtroopers surround them. Leading them is a familiar clone in gray and white armor.
Wolffe: Rex? I thought you were dead.
The commander lowers his weapons as Rex removes his helmet. The two officers stare at one another in disbelief.
Wolffe: Reports said you were killed in action, that you went down aboard an attack cruiser.
Rex: I did. I lost a lot of good men that day. And today.
Wolffe: What are you doing here, Rex? Don’t tell me you're fighting against us.
Rex: No, not against you. Against the Empire. They’re imprisoning and experimenting on our brothers. Killing others.
Wolffe: The Empire wouldn’t do that to us.
Omega confirms what Rex says as he pleads with Wolffe to listen and join them. Despite this, Wolffe cannot bring himself to join them after he’s pledged allegiance to the Empire.
Wolffe orders his men to stand down. But just as the Bad Batch prepares to leave, another figure steps out from the Imperial shuttle. In contrast to the clones, he is dressed in all black.
Darth Vader raises a hand.
Vader: Halt. It's good to see you again, Captain Rex.
The rebels freeze and turn to face the Dark Lord. Rex, in particular, seems frozen in place. There is something hauntingly familiar about him, but he cannot dwell on that as he feels the Sith Lord’s gaze through his helmet.
Eventually, Hunter draws himself up.
Hunter: What do you want from us?
Vader: I require your services for a mission that will benefit us both. I also oppose the operations on Tantis Base. So let me make a deal. Join forces with me, and I will free the clones on Tantis and clear your names. If not, I will kill you where you stand.
Wrecker: "You can try, little guy."
The big clone steps forward, but the others pull him back as Vader crosses his arms. The power radiating from him is clear to the clones. Rather than risk the fight, the clones drop their blasters.
Vader gestures for them to follow him to his ship. Inside, he explains these experiments are for a mysterious project the Emperor is working on, and he wants to gather more information.
If they succeed, Vader will help find the clones a place to retire. Although he refuses to admit it, the Dark Lord feels some kinship with these soldiers.
After his accident on Mustafar, Vader knows he has lost the Emperor's favor, with Palpatine regarding him with disgust. This is the same callousness he shows to the clones.
Though reluctant to trust him, Rex and the others agree to help their brothers knowing that refusal would mean death. Taking their Imperial shuttle, Vader orders them to Tantis Base. Once they arrive, he steps out and orders the guards to let him through.
When the stormtroopers refuse, Vader shoves them off the ledge and ignites his lightsaber. He orders Echo to disable the station's security system, as he does not want to be seen by Palpatine.
Echo hacks into the station's defenses and disables the cameras, allowing them to move unseen. Vader takes the lead, effortlessly cutting down any guards in his way. Behind him, Hunter keeps Omega close but admits that having a Force user with him makes things much easier. The stormtroopers are easy prey for Vader’s powerful Force attacks and lightsaber skills.
As they reach the detention facility and free the prisoners, Vader departs, saying he will gather his intelligence and meet them later. The Bad Batch watches him go but decides to help their brothers first. After arming the prisoners, they make their way out.
Meanwhile, Vader enters Nala Se’s laboratory, where he overhears a conversation between her and another prisoner, Admiral Rampart. The admiral has the data chip with Project Necromancer and seems intent on keeping it as he has his blaster aimed at Nala Se’s chest. The Kaminoan holds a concealed grenade behind her back.
Lifting his arm, he begins choking them both.
Vader: You are wrong. This research belongs to me.
He cushes their throats and takes the data, examining it to discover just what Project Necromancer is. He begins to understand Palpatine’s plans and smiles to himself. After gathering everything he needs, he drops the grenade back on the ground and destroys the lab.
Vader escapes just in time to see the battle between the prisoners and the Clone Assassins in the training room. He leaps into the middle of the fight with his lightsaber in hand.
The assassins immediately focus on Vader and rush at him. Staffs and blades crackle with electricity as Vader meets their attacks. Despite their numbers, the clones can’t penetrate Vader’s defenses.
The three clone assassins decide to attack Vader all at once, swinging their weapons at him. With a casual flick of his arm, Vader deflects all their attacks and sends the troopers crashing into the wall. - Zábava

I imagine in a Part 2, Vader will wake up on Mustafar, his consciousness inhabiting one of his Anakin clones using Essence Transfer. Despite being jarred, he barely escapes the bombing, hell, maybe he's injured once again and has to put himself into a spare Vader suit. He tried to escape his fate, yet was dragged right back into it.
That was awesome! It all went good and how Rex and The Bad Batch fought with Vader and Palpatine, and the attack one the cloning facilities were a little harsh fir The Rebel Alliance. Rexz and The Bad Batch sacrificed themselves for Omega.
What if during Anakin’s time in the jedi order, he has a deep fascination with Meetra Surik known as the jedi exile and during his time as Darth Vader, Meetra Suriks ghost manages to speak to him and convinces him to turn against the emperor not necessarily returning to the light however?
This is actually how Thrawn tried to make his own Force sensitive clone troopers in the Legends novels but they were failures since they only think in small battle tactics¬ like a strategic genius like him. Vader could have use the data from Project Necromancer to clone Galen Marek like in the SW games' Force Unleashed. He had more success and likely planned to clone himself to do an essence transfer but to also enhance his own clone too. Seriously Vader could had another project in cloning&then imprint/essence transfer Padme once he perfects the cloning technology on him. In the Legends novels, it was hinted that Palpy made a clone of Padme&put her in Carbonite under the Imperial Palace(Jedi Temple). In Palpy's own sick way, he might had let the clone think it can escape only to kill her again and again for his amusement as there's no way someone in Carbonite to be automatically unfrozen. Only reason the latest Padme clone to escape was that both Vader&Palpy were already dead and the clone might had a time limit. Luke was informed of the possibility that Padme was running amok out in the galaxy after NewRepublic investigators were checking on Palpy's dungeon under the Imperial Palace and found an unfrozen Carbonite Slab. Luke was still searching for her until he lost her trail in the Crystal Star novel.
Legends Palpatine is just the right mix of schemer, pure psychopath, and petty sadistic asshole.

What if ahsoka and anakin crash landed on bendu's planet. Also what if darth vader joined thrawn in meeting the bendu and went on a spiritual journey back to the dust ball tatiotene.
What if the whills turned padme into a literal force angel to save vader.
As we know darth vader was a natural engineer and could use mechaguru or whatever so what if he used skill to create nanobots to repair his lungs and burns while also making limbs that could conduct the force to make lightning. This could relate to inquisitor baris as she used nanobots in the bomb and he may remember nanobots and their uses. He could could also conduct experiments diguised as torture to fool sidious, learning to heal wounds, make force sensitive droids/limbs and using nano bots to manipulate mididclorians to strip or enhance the force in individuals.
What I was thinking was that he used nanobots to remove scar tissue especially around the lungs and he would be dipped in bacta or bacta would be applied this would allow him breath which means he can meditate more deeply. And for the limbs, it is possible to make material force sensitive and I was thinking he make limbs skeletal looking like in attack of the clones but would then cover the we either grafed flesh from his body or flesh made from his blood and other ingredients like perhaps kyber crystal this would make the force flow from him easier and perhaps with the sith alchemy in the limbs making his force lightning more powerful. Basically an uber vader who is perhaps stronger than full potential anakin.
What if darth vader went to darthomir to learn. New suit or perhaps more unique powers.

what if Vokara Che became a mentor to anakin as anakin was being treated for bullying and trauma from being a slave.
What if anakin fell in love with luminara unduli, serra keto or bultar swan.
What if anakin was taught by agen kolar or sasee tin or adi gallia.

What if anakin spirit in the world between worlds saved padme by making her a force ghost or new mother if the ones. She could make him help ben solo and others saying you got to help people who are suffering from your past actions.
What if anakin was piloting before attack of the clones and sensed ventress fall to the darkside as her master died and took his ship to the planet to investigate. Perhaps starting a romance as they are very similar in their stories.
Also what if ahsoka taught ben skywalker as she saw him as history repeating itself.
What if anakin was a jedi watchmen or wayfinder.
What if anakin went with kenobi to face maul and savage instead of adi gallia.
What if anakin fell in love with luminara or your own version of aayla secura romance.
What if oppo rancis trained anakin.
What if anakin met and fell in love with ventress just before the clone wars just after her masters death.
What if anakin became a jedi sentinel like a watchmen or one of those who find younglings.
What if evan piel became a mentor or second master to anakin.
Or anakin became a healer either before or after his mother death could be related to his friendship with offee or alternatively what if he was trained by tra sa who taught windu and actually did not forbid attachment as shown by her relationship with tholme , they could become like a pseudo parents to anakin and train him away from the temple in azati martial arts and from trasa the living force as she is a plant lady so imagine anakin controlling plant life.
