Roads are closed, and we are unable to even assist them. Hopefully, everyone is safe now. Be safe out there. The odd thing about names of rivers... The Palmiet river in Pinetown KZN floods the same way every time we have torrential rain. It washes a lot away..
Whats happening on Kleinmond with all the informal settlements on the mountain. When I first saw it going up I was so concerned, if it isnt going to be fire it will be all the heavy rains.

Naaaah...We have not even come near to a real catastrophe in this country.....we have never had a major earth quake,great landslides,volcanic eruptions,devastating tornadoes and tropical cyclones...
