Scoring, Rebounding, Assisting Luka is versatile. Agility, Ball Vision, Play IQ, Offense, Defense name it He be doing it all, never in my life i seen this type of player. He really is Special.

To be honest, Ben is improving. But Luka is so amazing able to connecting whole team. MAV will be at its peak next season as if the management do several good trades in offseason. NETS will do better than last year.
Ben is never going to improve. Only improvement he shows in this game is him taking more shots, but its easy to understand why he doesn't want to shoot lol

@@basedxwillie3770 He is improving. He gets his rhythm back. He was fouling out so fast because he is a physical elite defender who wasn't playing for over a year. His timing still isn't where it was. Simmons is 6'10, Steven Adams is 6'11. He is a big who can't shoot like many others. To say he should just shoot 3s is so stupid from a basketball standpoint. Should he work extremly hard with a shooting coach to maybe become a 37% shooter from deep? Of course, he gets paid the max! But lets be honest, Ben is what Ben is. He likely won't change, won't improve his shooting. I ask if the way teams defend him has played with his mind, because he never shoots from outside 15 feet..

I agree but I'm pissed at the mavs, when luka is on the floor every single play is run through luka. At least a little bit of the offence needs to run through someone else to free up luka a bit more. It's kinda sad how the team are content with luka running the show on offence and just waiting for him to make the play every single time....
For example 5:00, 10 secs left on the shot clock and they immediately swing the ball back to luka and he gets it with about 3secs left, no one wants to drive and make a play or anything...
@@darkfeenex1121 luka needs some help : not necessarily an bonified superstar, but a good playmaker that can run the play when luka os guarded or out.

Luka is a one man army nets defense was so scared to commit to Luka one on one during OT he made them pay with his passing ability especially those behind the back passes 🔥
Doncic on offense is a beast, in ot especially and during the whole game he had to be doubled due to the size diff between him and other guards. this led to players like bullock being left wide open and luka found the ideal pass almost every time

Not really, Mills should get more shots because he's a great shooter. Simons works very fine with Durant, finds him often. The problem is there's only one ball.
@@harderway8568 Yeah there'd be no issue with Simmons not scoring much if you didn't also have Claxton not scoring and O'neale also only getting 10. There's a few shooters out at the moment, but it's the same problem as last year, Kyrie and KD can shoot the lights out, but they need at least a couple of other 10+ scorers.

@@sportschool3537 Both can be true. Also they kept Luka's team to 112 which isn't bad given how Luka is playing, it only got above 115 in overtime. The original point of needing more scorers than KD and Kyrie is a good one, if even 1 more player had gotten to 10, they'd have won without going to overtime.
The nets defence needs chemistry..in this game, and especially OT Luka used a Watanabe switch, that is a weak spot. 11 straight points!
