How to make simple 3D printed street signage letters

  • I created simple 3D printed signage letters to mark a name of our street. You can make any exterior signage using a cheap 3D printer, just have to use a right filament and proper technique.
    If you have any question or suggestion, just write bellow into the comment section.
    Software used:
    Adobe Illustrator - for 2D vector file
    Fusion 360 - for converting to 3D
    Cura - slicing software
    Printed on Creality Ender 3 PRO with Creality ST-PLA filament. (I know this filament is not very suitable for exterior, but I just wanted to test the durability)
    0,6mm nozzle.
    Vinyl foil - 3M Scotchcal serie 50

    Nice one mate. I'm working on a illuminated one, printing with no top and bottom and filling it with hotglue as a light diffuser while still on the bed , so far it's turning up great. Keep up the good work.
