Fighting FGM - ask the expert

What can be done to protect girls and move the needle further in the fight against Female Genital Mutilation (FMG) on the continent? Dr. Ousmane Dieng, the national advisor for the Reproductive, Maternal, Newborn, Child, and Adolescent Health (RMNCAH) for the World Health Organization, in Dakar, Senegal, says community participation is essential to ending FMG.
